President and founder, Scott Tenhulzen, was raised in Redmond, Washington, in a family with strong roots in the construction industry. Son of Pat and Jack Tenhulzen, founders of Tenhulzen Remodeling, Scott gained hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and high level of business integrity at a very young age.
While still in college, Scott started Tenhulzen Painting in 2000. What started as a part-time college endeavor has grown to one of the most successful and respected painting companies in the Seattle area. Today, Tenhulzen Painting is the go-to partner for contractors and developers, property managers, and homeowners alike.
